How to Return

  2. Step 2: Select the items you wish to return
  3. Step 3: Print your free return label
  4. Step 4: Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Step 5: Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on all items.

  • Exchange for any item of equal or greater value
  • Free return and redelivery
  • Process within 2-3 business days
  • Available for UK and international orders

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

Important Return Information

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. Piercing jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers receive a prepaid return label. Customs duties are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients can return items for store credit. Original purchaser can return for full refund.
