Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products shall pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-day returns policy for most products purchased through our website. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Personalized, engraved, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

8. Warranty & Repairs

All Mortonril jewellery comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a lifetime repairs service. Please refer to our Warranty & Repairs page for full terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
